Ancient Grains

We have reinvented a complete line of plant based, trans fat free bakery products, however, our most popular food items are Mother Nut’s Almond Butter Cookies, a six variety cookie line. These cookies are an amazingly delicious, shelf stable vehicle that delivers a level of nutrients only rivaled by grab and go nutrition bars.

Some of the ancient grains we use are

  • Sprouted and quinoa flours, because of their high levels of protein, B vitamins, iron and easy digestion;
  • Flax seeds because of their high level of heart protecting Omega 3 essential fatty acids and other very important nutrients;

As ancient bakers we believe that baking is a social activity; one that your health should be a part of.

      Thanks for your comment, and yes you are right, ancient baking is very close to nature in that I research the healthiest, least processed ancient grains and medicinal plants to discover their functional and nutritional attributes. Then I let the unleash their magic in a highly specialized baking that pays reverence to the depths of what they offer.
